Our Méthode Champenoise Brut Barbera Rosé is lively and elegant, showcasing vibrant aromas of baked bread and wild strawberries, complemented by delicate floral notes and hints of citrus zest. The palate reveals bright flavors of tart cranberries and raspberries, layered with nuances of pomegranate and red currants. A creamy mousse and lively acidity enhance the refreshing quality, while subtle minerality adds depth. The long, crisp finish is balanced with a gentle touch of toasted almonds, making this sparkling rosé a delightful and sophisticated expression of Barbera and Dolcetto.

Fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel, this wine shows a pale yellow hue with brilliant clarity. The nose is fresh and expressive, offering lime zest, white peach, green apple, and a subtle herbal lift of fennel. Mélange Blanc, comprised of 38% Orange Muscat, 37% Sauvignon Blanc, and 25% Chardonnay, displays a radiant golden hue. On the palate, the Sauvignon Blanc adds brightness, with flavors of honeydew melon, lemon, lime, guava, and peach. Pale rose petal pink in color, our 2024 Cinsault Rosé is a vibrant expression of freshness and elegance. Aromas of sun-kissed strawberries, ripe guava, and zesty citrus burst from the glass, followed by subtle hints of passionfruit. The palate is crisp and refreshing, balancing racy acidity with a delicate minerality that lingers beautifully.

The Dolcetto from Clements Ridge Vineyard presents a delicate appearance in the glass with enchanting aromas of ripe strawberries, cranberries, and violets. The wine bursts with vibrancy and palate cleansing acidity with high-toned notes of freshly picked red cherries and strawberries, graced by subtle undertones of delicate roses and violets with well-defined tannins.
